Christina is an absolute joy to work with and brings an excellent understanding of the psychology of dogs, combined with simple and brilliant ways to engage with your furry family member to illicit the desired behaviour. Not only that but if your family also includes the younger two legged variety her inclusive approach means they are also part of the training - avoiding the issue where your dog is anchored on just one person for good behaviour.Christina offered support outside of the in-home training as part of her service - and she means it. You really get the feeling that this is not work for her - it is her passion and she is really supportive and on hand to help guide you through the ups and downs of new puppies.We unfortunately had a very bad experience with the first trainer we tried who trained the 'old school' way: dogs as pack animals rather than the family pets most are today - and our little cockapoo did not take to the aggression and control of this approach and had become increasingly nervous. Christina shared some ways to support our puppy through this and explained why our puppy was reacting how she was....this REALLY helped us to adapt to the puppy's needs too and we now have a much more relaxed puppy.Christina was a joy to have in our home, encouraged our boys (6 & 8) to be involved in a really positive way and to respect the puppy's space as well as their desire to cuddle or play with her, and we quite simply can't recommend her enough. Both my wife and I grew up with dogs, but this was our first time as the primary carers and Christina's guidance and advise has transformed our approach on this. If you are looking for someone to help you train a new member of the family (dogs that is, though I suspect there is a side line opportunity in children too!) then you will be delighted you asked Christina to help. We have had weekly training sessions for our fox red lab puppy,Bella, together with 1-2 other puppies. Christina is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable trainer, who provides clear insights into dog psychology and training in a fun and effective way. She trains owners and dogs to work together, in a variety of settings, often accompanied by Tokyo, her patient black lab. Very hands on and bespoke lessons with coffee and treats for all. Always feel it is time well spent.

Christina is brilliant! She has the patience of a saint and has been so helpful with training our Golden Retriever. Her in person sessions have been fantastic. Our whole family have been to the sessions and she is as good at teaching humans as she is dogs! We are also very grateful for her online support which has been ongoing throughout.

Christina has been an amazing trainer and really helped calm my dogs behaviour. He was reactive after having been attacked and she has really helped his impulse control with our work together. More importantly she is such a lovely person and both my dog and I look forward so much to her sessions. Totally recommend her.

We are delighted with Dogitivity and the constant professional service from Christina! She is exceptionally patient with our dog and always great ideas for us to also help train her. Our training with Christina and her understanding and support have been amazing.. Our excitable adolescent gun dog has calmed down considerably and his recall, which was non existent is now improving daily. It’s now much more pleasurable to take him out for walks!

Christina’s knowledge is second to none, she has given us so much guidance with our very, very lively 6 year old Cockerpoo Monty. She is always supportive and I feel more confident that we are making small improvements to his behaviour with her help.
