I have been a customer of Corby Kawasaki several times, and I can’t praise them highly enough. They are really knowledgable, helpful and never patronising.For contrast, my wife and I both have Porsche’s and you would think that the service would be amazing, but let me tell you that when the sale is done, they just don’t want to know.With the bikes I’ve had from Corby Kawasaki, the opposite is true. I was given the same respect and attention when I gave up riding for a few years and they kindly sold my bike for me, as they did when I’m ready to buy something brand new.So if you want a partner on your motorcycle journey instead of just a sales pitch, I throughly recommend them, they are genuine bike people and genuine people people.

I've used this business on a number of occasions. All staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Goods arrive swiftly and without delay.Most notable, is their ability to source original, almost discontinued stock from Kawasaki! Amazing!!Great business, well worth a visit!!

Earlier this month i bought a new Versys from this dealer. Brian and the rest of the staff were very friendly, offered advice and guidance, on top of which I got a really good deal with the offer of an endless supply of coffee! The bike was ready to collect in record time and I enjoyed the drive home to Cambridgeshire. It's a shame we are in lockdown and can only use it to go to the supermarket. At this rate it will be next year before its first service is due.

Appalling level of service. Pressed the bell on the counter several times but no response. Waited over 10 minutes before 2 different people popped their head round the corner and said someone will be with you in a mo". Waited for several more minutes before a member of staff finally appeared. Not as much as a "sorry for the wait". Will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on."

not happy..have better things to be getting on with than weighting 20mins for service..and when eventualy the head popped round the corner said what i was looking for only to weight another 10 mins with still getting no where..... i popped my head round the corner...all to busy chopsin..terrible service ..wont be going there again.

A great place to get talked down to and patronised. Just remember, whoever is behind the counter here knows best. I wanted to see a pair of boots, I was told that I didn’t want those I wanted some others wish were awful. I asked how much two bikes in the corner were and was told they weren’t for sale? Just literally go anywhere else
