Ordered over 3 weeks ago, paid in full. Order confirmed by email but since then nothing, no progress report, no advice on dispatch, no update on SHOP, no response to my emails. Pretty p***ed off as only ordered for an upcoming cycle tour and it looks like I won't have them! Will look to cancel.

Ordered a poncho from them on Nov. 7th. Was contacted on Nov 17th to be told that DHL courier service has been facing a few internal issues lately, and to rest assured that the issue will be resolved soon.I cancelled my order on Dec. 10th since they were still unable to ship. They responded a few days later still apologizing about shipping delays. I told them that I actually wanted to cancel by that point. On Dec. 20th they responded that they would have to check with the accounting department in regard to my refund". We're Jan 3rd and I have still not heard back from them.I should have checked online first for some customer reviews. Not just blog posts of people reviewing their product.Edit: I eventually got refunded."

Non-existent customer service. I ordered a poncho (even paid full price!) on April 7. I was assigned a tracking number but the item hasn't moved since April 8. I've since emailed a few times, facebooked and instagramed their accounts to inquire about its status and ... nothing. Not even a boiler plate response to say they've received my email and are looking into the matter.BUYER BEWARE. A 15 return policy? It's been 11 days and I still don't have the item nor a response to my inquiry!

This company has been sold by the founder. After it was sold I received emails from them (as a retailer of the poncho in the past) signed in the name of the founder of the company. Stay away as there are some dodgy dealing going on which is a shame as the product is great.

This item had no delivery date. I emailed and got a reply saying 2 weeks. After 3 emails sent with no reply I got a refund from my credit card company. I have repeatedly asked for the order to be cancelled. No reply. Today I received notification that the ponchos are in the post! Have already received alternative ponchos from another supplier. I have found the company unresponsive and unbelievably irritating to deal with. Never again!

Awful experience. Placed an order for my wife's birthday and received a confirmation email. A week later, no tracking information. Contacted the company for an update but had no reply. Got my money back through Paypal. Very disappointing.

Ordered a poncho 6 weeks ago, got an order confirmation from shoppay and then nothing. i've sent multiple emails with no response. No other way to contact the company. No customer service, no product. Feels like i've been scammed.

Poncho order acknowledged 3 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing since. I've tried to contact customer services but had no reply to my email. Can't review product as I haven't received it, and have no idea if and when I will. Will post again if and when I receive the poncho. Considering making a complaint to trading standards if I don't hear anything in next 7 days.

What a bunch of jokers! How are they still in business. 1-3 days delivery time 2 weeks later, nothing, several emails, no response. I eventually found them on Facebook and there were others complaining, people waiting a month or more, I said it was a scam. Told my bank and sent them another message that I was going to call the police about fraud. Within minutes I had an email from them saying my order had been cancelled! As yet no money in my bank account. Shame, looks like a good product just ran by a bunch of numpties!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering on 16th November. Still no poncho and no further communications, other than a slight delay email in November. Would like my £76 reimbursed!
