Aligned Osteopathy & Pilates

I cannot recommend Aligned Osteopathy highly enough. I took my daughter at six days old for talipes and a general assessment and we have continued appointments until she is nearly 5 months. Lennie is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly osteopath and made me feel completely at ease when treating my daughter.I have also seen Lennie for my own aches and pains since being a new mum and feel great after my treatments.

Would highly recommend this practice. I have been using Aligned Osteopathy for several years and have never been disappointed.Sandra is friendly and puts you at ease. She always manages to sort out my aches and pains. Absolute professional, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Sandra is absolutely amazing, I cannot recommend her enough, if it was possible I would give her 10 stars!I had been going to a different osteopath for over 3 months with absolutely no progress, I tried Sandra as she was recommended to me - and within 2 sessions I had noticed a considerable difference. And within 5 weeks I was back to normal. She definitely knows what she is doing! She gave me a timeline of what results to expect and explained exactly what I had done, how the problem had occurred. Throuroughly impressed with her knowledge and level of service, I would definitely use her again, and will definitely go back, (but hopefully not too soon!)

I booked in a bit of an emergency, my neck had seized up, I was in a lot of pain, struggled to move it and unable to sleep. Combination of 6 month old insisting on being rocked in a very specific position + toddler + no sleep and my posture becoming increasingly awful! My first day back at work was the following day and I desperately needed some relief, some movement and hopefully some sleep! I write this from the train heading in the day after. The clinic was bright, very clean and thankfully nice and cool. Super friendly, kind and understanding of the situation. My treatment was very thorough and I feel she did everything she could to release the tension in my neck. There was some soreness afterwards which was expected but I noticed in the evening that it felt so much better. I even got some sleep for the first time in nearly a week. I will be going back for follow ups as my problem is definitely not a quick fix but I’m amazed at how much better it feels to be honest! I was dreading getting through the day with a commute & full day of meetings but I feel fine. Huge thank you to the clinic and I highly recommend!

I was suffering with severe tennis elbow from crocheting, I could barely use my arm to write, crochet or us a knife. Sandra treated me using massage and acupuncture. This did the trick, the twinges have stopped and the severe pain has not returned. I am back to crocheting, writing and day to day activities comfortably.Very thankful for the treatment, I would HIGHLY recommend.

Cannot recommend Sandra enough, she is fantastic, she has extensive knowledge, and fixed the issue that I had.I have also attended one of the reformer pilates classes which was so much fun, I will definitely be back!
