I was very apprehensive about sending a large delivery to the other side of the country . However, when I called this company and asked for their help, they went out of their way to make me feel confident in what I wanted to achieve. They talked me through the options I had and made sensible suggestions of how to get my delivery where it needed to go. I found their rates really competitive and would use them again without a second thought. I highly recommend them.

Arranged to deliver thursday called late to say item had gone to wrong depot so coming friday. Nothing arrived friday or saturday. Contacted them monday very rude person said it would be here latest mid day. It arrived 6pm!!!!! I know mistakes happen that's fine but there should have been better communication.

Very very unhelpful people. From bitter experience trying to deal with this firm to correct a very simple issue. My advice would be to avoid using them at all costs. Only got a response out of them once solicitors instructed.

Young Bros. Transport: The very best in their sector.Jak and the people at Youngs were simply excellent. They don't normally do very small deliveires for the general public but my parents (in their 80s) needed a scooter delivering from Kent to Devon. Youngs stepped up the mark without question and offered to do it the next day!In these difficult times with the Corona running full tilt then I can only say the service from Youngs was second to none. They protected my parents by handling everything 100% professionally and at a safe distance at all times. My parents just had to leave the scooter and its docking station (because it is a big one - a Quingo Flyte) on their drive and go insdie. Youngs came and did all the rest without any contact whatsoever.I am now going to use then for my own business transport. We contacted Young Brothers Transport for an ad hoc transportation job – to move an approximately 300kg stone monument from Kent to a garden in south-east London… The delivery lads Carl and John were absolutely brilliant! Even though it was a really awkward thing to move, they managed to pull off the job perfectly. We're really happy with the outcome! Thank you so much.
