We were visiting friends in the area and needed to get some sports equipment. KitmanUK was a hidden gem, impressively well stocked. Found a superb quality running hat at a very reasonable price. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service and superb product range. I needed some quality warm and waterproof running gloves. Laura recommended trying Sealskinz. They are incredible. Really warm, even when running in minus 2 degrees, and totally waterproof.

Laura and the team make visiting Kitman a really good experience. We got a set of tee shirts made for our team at Equinox24, and the shirts have quickly become favourites!I also got new shoes after some good advice. I'm sort of looking forward to it getting muddy to try the Inov8 Mudclaws!They've also got a good range of equipment for distance runners etc, and i got a lightweight 1st aid pack and runners belt.I really like that the staff are happy to leave you to browse at your own pace, or help if you ask.

Excellent shop!Went to look for my 12 year old son who is starting out in cricket. Although nearing the end of season for buying we still found what we needed (stumps for practice in nets). Staff were helpful but not pushy or hanging on my shoulder; which for me gets me buying!Will definitely be going back for a bat and hard hat before the start of next season.

Inov-8 X-Talon 200...Just used this shoe for a trail half marathon around the grounds of Grimsthorpe Castle and Bourne Woods, in icy muddy condition. It was the perfect shoe, and I can’t stress enough how good the grip is, and how light they are. They don’t need breaking in and can be used straight out of the box, I would recommend going half a size up. I thoroughly recommend this shoe and the range and product knowledge at Kitmanuk is outstanding, if you need any Montane, Petzl or Inov8 Kitmanuk is your one stop shop.
