Really helpful service from Lloyd and James they went above and beyond the call of duty to get the scooter back on the road we also bought a really nice walking stick and raised toilet seat from them supplied by able2 very good quality unlike the cheap one we had from another supplier

We live in Canada and have just purchased a mobility scooter through Lloyd for parents in UK. Lloyd was incredible at answering queries and assisting us generally over the large time difference. He was kind, gracious, efficient and professional and managed to deliver the scooter within a week, even in these times of Covid. We give Lloyd and World of Mobility the highest recommendation!! I would like to thank Lloyd and James for a first rate service. I have bought a second hand scooter which has been fully serviced by them. They arranged for the scooter to be delivered to my home address on a pallet. The communication, experience and there product knowledge was great. First rate company and I am happy to recommend them.

Great service from James and the company in general with my Mum's recent mobility issues. They were very helpful, and guided me to the correct product ( when others didn't ) at a very good price, and had it delivered as well ; very convenient and much appreciated. Ten out of ten.
