Ben is a fantastic guy that helped us through a tough transition, he couldn’t do enough to help and make sure it was affordable for us. The whole experience and move was made easier by using storage 365. The units are surprisingly big and being able to access our storage container anytime we wanted as much as we wanted really helped!

When Ben and Charlie came to give us an estimate for storage and later removal we were immediately impressed by their professionalism and personalitiesAnd it continued until the last bed was built which we asked them to put in a different position - no problem said Charlie as he proceeded to take down ! We contacted Removals 365 via Facebook messenger and booked them very last minute as we had a quick exchange/completion date. (And I’m disorganised!) they answered email queries late at night to ensure we got everything in place. We could not have been happier with our choice, they worked so hard all day moving our large amount of items, they were friendly and polite and managed to get us out of the house with time to spare! They then unpacked it all the other end with no hassle. They made the day run smoothly for us and reduced stress considerably. The price was also very good for what they took on. I would happily recommend them to anyone, if you’re looking to move or need storage then you should get in contact with them!

Ben and Charlie were helpful and communicative right from the start. Ben and the team were polite, punctual and extremely hard working. They filled and emptied 4 vans in terrible weather and despite being soaked remained cheerful. They handled all our possessions with care and were extremely understanding when unloading, as we were unsure where to put everything. They are reasonably priced and are great value for money. We have no hesitation in recommending 365 and would happily use them again.
