From calling the office to the installation of the stairlift, I have had nothing but helpfull advice. When the engineer came to do the install, he was prompt and well equiped to do the job and completed it on the timeline he gave me, even vacuuming up after he had finished Since having the chairlift, it has been trouble free and runs effortlessly. I would reccommend to anyone who requires their services.

The sales man was very understanding and he took his time to explain everything to me and was not at all pushing me to buy it there and then. The person that came to fit it for us was on time very polite and friendly.When he had finished he made sure that there was no mess to clean up. He also made sure that we were happy with it and that we understood how it worked before he left. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Can't recommend Leodis Stairlifts enough, fantastic experience from first call to inputting the stairlift into mums house, acted quickly as mum was due to come home from hospital, the service is 5⭐, any minor problems they are out to rectify urgently. Fantastic service
