I have seen Trevor a the Body Sage a couple times now and I would without hesitation recommend him for sports massage and acupuncture. I have left there after treatment with noticeable improvements in the troubled areas he has applied treatment. Very welcoming and friendly.

My hips were tilted and lower back spine was twisted! I was in excruciating pain and could barely walk and was unable to stand up straight! I saw Trevor and he managed to loosen up my back muscles and stretch them. I woke up the next morning expecting to struggle to get out of bed but to my surprise I was able to move like I never had a back problem! To be in such agony for the slightest moves a day before and then be up and moving the next morning felt like a miracle!I want to thank Trevor and would recommend him to anyone!

I have been going for weekly appointments with Trevor to treat digestive trouble caused by tension in my stomach. Three sessions with Trevor, never had a massage before. He put me at ease, asked all the right questions...and really made a difference. During the final session he decided to use acupuncture...I could really feel the effect. So pleased that I made the decision to go in the first place.

Being a plumbing & heating engineer I'm always needed back corrections & muscle relief. Trevor at Body Sage always offerers a great & reasonable priced service.Highly recommend.

I went to see Trevor on Saturday 28th September due to lower back issues and tight quadratus lumborum muscles which are quite painful. After a good talk about my issues Trevor got to work and i was really impressed with his techniques and the final result. Although i was in a little bit of discomfort from the treatment on the Sunday by Monday the pain in my lower back had gone. I was also given some exercises to try at home that would ease my issues which is always a bonu,s but do feel that i would benefit from having regular massages to keep my muscles in check. All in all Trevor is very informative and talks you through all the things he can feel when treating you and put me at ease as soon as i met him. I had a trapped nerve in my back, I called Trevor and he was really helpful over the phone, I then booked an appointment to go see Trevor, he was very knowledgeable and friendly, really helped me out and sorted out my back. Highly recommend!!!!
