We bought a property from SDGD Properties and we have had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. We are now 5 months later still have some decking that hasnt even been built to building regs with posts that we not even fixed/bracketed to the floor - floating by approx 1 foot, and is dangerous. The internal staircase is a flat packed occassional staircase , creaks, bows and moves when in use. The contractor told us its not fit for purpose and should be replaced. The balustrades are floating and have a significant wobble. the laminate floor had to be taken up and we have only just been able to get out furniture in the lounge. All the keep telling us is were waiting for the contractor" .......i would not recommend this developer to anyone."
