Sheffield Mobility

I needed a new mobility scooter, and looked at a number of retailers. I can honestly say that this place stood out from the others, everyone was extremely helpful, well informed and listened to my needs and requirements. Nothing was too much trouble, they advised which scooters they thought would suit me best, and let me try them, to see which I preferred. There were no 'hard sell' tactics, it was all about what was best for me. I placed my order on the Friday, and my new scooter was ready for me on the Monday, and it is perfect. I cannot praise this company highly enough, and I would definitely recommend them. I can't thank them enough and I've no doubt I will make further purchases from them, in future.

My experience was that the staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I was in need of a mobility scooter and, although I tried other local mobility shops, Sheffield Mobility were definitely the best. Jason was incredibly helpful in guiding my son and I through the choices, looking at new and second hand models, until we settled on the one that was right for me. Then Jamie came out to my house to deliver it and make sure it was okay for the area and storage. On top of this Natalie came a few days later to drop off a rain cover.I feel like I’ve got my independence back now. All in all the service was excellent and I’d definitely recommend Sheffield Mobility to anyone.

We were very impressed with the service from Sheffield Mobility.Steve arrived on time having let us know when he was on his way, he kept us informed throughout the service of what he was doing, what needed to be done and the cost before carrying out any work. He was very pleasant and courteous.A very good service, we will definitely use again.

I recently had my scooter serviced at home by Steve from Sheffield Mobility.Steve called us on his way to tell us how long he'd be and arrived early which was great.Steve did a great job as always and explained all the bits that he had checked over and if I may need any new parts in the future.Sheffield mobility is a great company for all aspects of mobility equipment you may need or even want, and if they don't stock it, they will order it in especially for you!Steve also serviced a friends stairlift and a recliner chair that had stopped working and as they don't know how to leave a review this is from them too!I really can't praise these guys highly enough!!A big thank you once again guys for keeping me mobile xx

Really impressed with the service from Sheffield Mobility. Wanted a power chair for my husband. Fortunately they had the one we had enquired about as refurbished which saved us a lot of money. Would certainly go there again if we need anything else.

Had a problem with mums scooter, called in shop yesterday, booked in straight away for 1, yes 1 day later. Steve, the mechanic " came ON TIME

A really great local shop if you’re in need of help and getting hold of mobility equipment. I’ve had quite a few dealings with them these past few months, helping to get my mum more mobile. We ended up getting a pre-owned scooter that’s in great condition and works perfectly. Jason has been so helpful, before, during and after the sale. Jamie, who delivered it and made sure it was the right scooter for where my mum lives was also great. There was also some really helpfully after sales support from Natalie who dropped an extra round to save us the trip down there. All in all so helpful and I would definitely go back and fully recommend others to check them out.

Excellent service from the team at Sheffield Mobility, especially Jason who demonstrated the mobility scooters for us.There was no pressure sales, but every effort was made to ensure we got the right product for us. Jason showed us several different ideas to the one we had gone with and as such we came away with a much better fit, and cheaper, product than we had originally intended.I cannot rate this shop highly enough. Excellent product and range knowledge.
