Body Stress Release - Cheshire

I would highly recommend Nichola as a Body Stress Release therapist… I developed a problem in my left leg where it was worryingly becoming numb, in fact, three of my toes on my left foot had gone completely numb. I tried everything I could think of to sort this problem out (including the NHS) but to no avail. Nichola (Body Stress Release - Cheshire) was my last hope and I have to say, I am so pleased that I found her. After only a few sessions, she managed to restore feeling in my toes and the numbness in my leg eased tremendously. Nichola is a warm person and her practice is a very peaceful place to be. She is highly professional in that she tracks your progress in detail and shares her findings with you in every session. I enjoyed my time with her so much. Thank you for fixing me, Nicola!

Nicola is a friendly, caring therapist that has brought me wonderful relief from a really bad bout of sciatica pain. It took a few sessions, but she cleared the problem up. I have not had the pain back in nearly two years now. I enjoy receiving BSR treatment from Nicola in a calm atmosphere. She has healing hands and I can really recommend going to her for pain relief. I also recommend a regular alignment treatment as I tend to think about it. Like taking your car in for wheel alignment.:-)

I have been for many Body Stress Release sessions and I have to say that they are absolutely incredible. I have had issues with my neck and shoulders which were really tight and in fact I couldn’t move my neck very well. Nichola has done wonders for it and I can now move my neck properly after years of discomfort. I have also had trouble sleeping and after just one session I started to sleep much better. I can highly recommend Nichola who is not only an amazing person but a brilliant practitioner too.

She also suggested other things to complement my treatment ( in terms of posture and how best to select a pillow). I have been seeing Nichola from Body Stress Release since January this year. The original reason I went was because i've had problems with my neck now for getting on for 2 years since a bad car accident. In the past i've seen physios and a chiropractor with little success. After 3 treatments with Nichola I felt like a different person. My daily headaches were gone, my neck stiffness had disappeared. I was sleeping far better and just generally had so much more energy. Not to mention I think it really helped with my fertility - after a long battle of infertility I found myself pregnant in March with twins! I have continued to see Nichola throughout my pregnancy and i've had very few aches and pains and i'm now 30 weeks. I can't recommend this treatment highly enough. Thanks so much!
