I would not recommend this travelodge. They can,t get anything right. You ring them to confirm what you have booked and they still can,t get it right. Parking is terrible. The room had cellotape on the carpet. There was a terrible smell in the hallway. We checked in early hours of the morning didn,t get the right room. Night staff couldn,t of cared less. Cleaning trollys left in the hallway so you had a job to get passed with your suitcases. All in all a terrible stay.

This place was quite quiet when I was there. It's quite a small services compare to some of the others and the carpark confused me a tad, it is easy to end up in the wrong lane. The food was ok but you didn't really get a huge amount.

Fuel pump nozzles have been deliberately tampered with so that you have to stand there being splashed with carcinogenic liquid and breathe the fumes.Health and Safety legislation certainly not designed to protect ordinary people.Rude inhumane member of staff.

Not the best services out there. Dated and a little scruffy. Don't believe the southbound signs that tell you there is a Greggs. There is but it involves two lots of stairs, a bridge and walking right through both buildings. The Greggs is actually right by the door of the North bound building as such a good 5 minutes walk. I personally try to avoid this services

Just another expensive service station which I normally avoid. Just had a long drive so I stopped for a rest. If you need something to eat better to come off the motorway and find a local restaurant.

Moto have smashed it with this prayer room at hilton park services. You'll find it on the south side heading towards Birmingham but I was going north so went over the bridge which is cool. They have a nice quiet area...wudu facilities and lotas! Prayer room has 3 saffs. God bless Moto!

We visited the north bound side of the services and we were plesently surprised with the facilities. It has the cleanest baby change/family room we've been to so far. It is well appointed with a child toilet, private feeding cubicle and 2 changing mats. The rest of the service areas were clean and staff were very friendly and there is a good range of food to choose from. I would definitely visit again on a long journey.

Awful services. Had to go upstairs to use toilets...not good when in rush and drive for a living so every second counts. Also bought one small ice cream mar bar....cost £2.29!!!!! Major rip off never again and will make sure I warm all my driver colleagues not to come here too!!!

I pain for extra caramel and didn't get it and I also ordered a white hot chocolate which is like milk there is not enough source in it and they didn't mix it and very disappointed with the drinks
