She was excellent, polite and patient giving plenty of time to view without any hint of trying to hurry us .We then dealt with Ian Johnson from pitching an initial offer through to the collecting of the keys.Ian is a gentleman. Polite and professional we found him to be always willing to help with any point in the process.
