The hard working team at Davies and Davies would have received 5 stars from me. The buyer was found immediately after marketing , and the staff were very diligent, friendly and efficient. There was only 1 fly in the ointment, their recomended solicitor!! Gilson Gray. Who took 5 months to complete the sale of an empty house to a first time buyer ( absolutely no chain )Certainly use Davies and Davies as your agent , but choose your own solicitor!!

We have just purchased our first property through Davies and Davies and they were so helpful the entire way through. We dealt mostly with Laura and she was so helpful and made me feel so much more comfortable with everything that was going on. The process was long and difficult (not Davies and Davies fault) but Laura and the rest of the team really helped to make it smoother where they could. They chased the solicitors on both sides relentlessly to make sure everything was coming together and I honestly think was what helped us to get us over the finish line!

I can highly recommend Davies and Davies Westbury, from the start the team couldn't have been more helpful! Ella, Clare and Laura.Ella met us for our viewing, she was very friendly, professional and made us feel at ease straight away.We needed to come back for a second viewing and it was lovely to see Ella there to meet us again!Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed in any way.The purchase is going along nicely and Ella is keeping us regularly updated, we feel really happy with the service we are receiving.
