I am a regular user of Bridger Marine. The team are very good at their individual jobs. I have used the servicing side too. Top level work. There is good advice on electronic items. There is a friendly and supportive attitude to buying everything from small Chandlery items to a full Craft package. If items do seem a little more expensive, compare the quality to the Online supplied junk you are comparing it to for half the price first, before giving comments. I would urge all to do your research and understand your purchase before any purchase of marine related nature. If you go in to buy they will sell you one. If it’s wrong for the job, mostly it’s your own doing. They’re not the cheapest, they are very good, they are honest and supportive, they are local and accessible.

I took my outboard engine in for its first service and was surprised at how much it cost for the service, the gentleman and I use the term loosely was incredibly rude. I ended up not dealing with him at all and was dealt by someone far more competent. I will not go back again.

Having bought a stealth 3D 4.0m just a year ago from Bridger marine we now needed a smaller tender. We went back to Bridger to our surprise the business had been transferred to Masons marine. Chris and his team are friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable about their products.The stock has increased immensely. From a large selection of engines to a well stocked chandlery. I was impressed by one particular member of staff that remembered my name from a year back!!We've part exchanged our tender for a smaller one which Chris did smoothly. I won't hesitate to recommend and keep using them they know how customer's should be looked after.

Fantastic customer service. I bought a 4 meter RIB and Chris was kind enough to deliver it to Dartmouth for me. His chief mechanic Andrew spent a great deal of time going through the controls and helped us get on the water. Highly recommended.
