Ordered from the company for the first time. Fast delivery and love the pens. Nice touch with the bag of Haribo that was sent with them, they went down well. Highly recommended the company and will order from them again in future I'm sure.

I first ordered from Executive Pens Direct a few months ago I ordered the beautiful Otto Hutt series 7 sterling silver fountain pen personalised with the engravement of Honor Et Amore as a tribute to the love of my life who tragically passed this year. I was blown away with the level of service I received and the quality of the products are most certainly of the highest. I do a lot of writing, personal hand written cards, letters, calligraphy and I'm writing a memorial book of poetry dedicated to my other half. I was so impressed with Executive Pens Direct that I continued using Executive Pens Direct for my writing supplies. The level of service I receive with each order never falters and now I will only ever use Executive Pens Direct for my supplies, I highly recommend them and I've got nothing but high praise for the team and the company.

I ordered an item on Tuesday at 5.00 pm and was given an expected delivery date of 3-6 days, my delivery arrived on Thursday at 9.00 am, absolute terrific service. I would recommend Executive Pens Direct to anyone. I will certainly be using them again, it's just a pity they don't do more stationary items, I would be using them constantly.

Excellent company, would definitely use again without hesitation. I had a Parker pen engraved for a friend who was leaving my place of work to become a Celebrant I chose Lucida Calligraphy as the font style, which was perfect, showing the letters clear and defined on the pen. I requested in the note field to have black ink in the pen and also ordered a refill. Fast turn around time, with an unexpected bonus of a treat size bag of Haribo's and yhe recipient loved it. I guess I'm always a little unsure when it comes to buying from a new company. It's not knowing what they're like, especially as I've been used to purchasing pens from a particular company and have had consistently good service each time from them. However I was trying to find an ostrich feather quill pen and it was out of stock with the other company and happened to come across Executive Pens Direct, who had both the black and white ostrich feather quills in stock. I took a chance and I'm really happy that I did. It was a really smooth and pleasant experience using Executive Pens Direct's website and seeing as I can be a little impatient sometimes, I decided to opt for premium postage, which estimated delivery between 1-3 days. I paid for the item on Sunday 9th April and the item was delivered to me this morning (Tuesday 12th April), so really impressed with how little time it took to arrive. I was super impressed with how well-packaged the pen was in secure bubble-wrapped packaging. The pen was presented beautifully in a lovely presentation box, which contained the ostrich feather pen and also a bottle of ink. Although I have yet to try it out, I couldn't help but smile and admire how wonderful it is. What I thought was a nice little gesture too, was the inclusion of a little pack of Haribo sweets... a nice touch!
