The attendants are very arrogant, especially if you don't speak English very well. Ignorant and the values for maintenance services are exactly absurd. I really don't know how they still have customers. Please close this establishment to anyone who really wants to work

In general I was really happy, nice guys and very helpful, tyre repaired as promised, until I have noticed damage on the rim, small dent, jagged aluminium and some places with off paintThat was a new, good looking rim:-/

I always get my motorbikes MOT'ed here. I wouldn't get my bike serviced here though.I have attached photo's of these sprockets and brake pads from people who have gone in for an mot and failed. It's amazing how bad people are at general common sense haha.

Asked for a quote to change a fork seal. they told me £360 plus parts! what the actual fook. found a local mechanic who did it for 80 including new seal. Went back a year later as was going to buy a new MT10. Asked how do I arrange a test drive. Owner said Find someone who owns one" needless to say I bought my bike elsewhere. will never step foot in there again."

A very pleasant guy (possibly the owner) welcomed me and started chatting amiably. He offered help and before I knew it he was giving me sound advice and showing me suitable new and used machines. He was courteous and knowledgeable which for this 66yo biker with no mechanical knowhow is just what I need. He made me feel worthy without pretention or condescension.I shall definitely feel at ease returning to this bikestore.I recommend it to anyone else who feels nervous and inadequate when going to a bike shop. This guy will put you at ease instantly. Just let him know your knowledge level and he'll work to that, I'm sure, without making you feel like a dork.
