I had a bridesmaids dress altered here and they LITERALLY sewed a pin into the bust. I can't make this stuff up. Unfortunately it was one of those pins with the little bob on one end, so it was impossible to just pull out without cutting the dress open. Had to stand through a long wedding ceremony with a pin cutting into my skin drawing blood.Worst part is that when I took it back to them post wedding they only offered to refund me £15. I paid £95 for the alteration. Completely insane.Don't go here - they don't appear to care about the garments that they handle or their customers.

I used them for over a year until they damaged my top and took zero accountability for it. They hid behind their terms and conditions which basically say nothing that might happen during their handling is their fault. In my case they destroyed the appliqué on my top which was the whole point of this item and then offer £15 (a fraction of the price I paid for the top) towards my future dry cleaning. I tried to appeal and speak to their management but they stone walled me. I was in discussion for 6 months with them (most of the time waiting for their replies) and finally decided to give up and move my account elsewhere.

Charge £18 per COTTON t-shirt for dry cleaning because they say it’s ‘designer’! Never heard of such a thing!!!! Ridiculous. Terrible customer service. Rude lady serving me.

Do not use this service. 1) Incredibly expensive. 2) They have shrunk my clothes - estimated cost £300. 3) Complaint / refund process dreadful. I implore you not to spend a penny in this place unless you want to shrink your entire wardrobe.

Stay away at all costs!!!! If I could put zero stars I would. They damage your expensive clothes, damage them further by trying to repair them without asking you, and offer no compensation. Never trust them!
