If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waiting on endless parcels for weeks on end that just never seem to leave the distribution centre. I try to avoid using Royal Mail where possible but sometimes it’s unavoidable. Shocking company that can’t simply deliver a package, every other delivery company seems to deliver on time and Royal Mail gets worse and worse every month. ALWAYS AVOID WHERE POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!

Regular have parcels that sit here for days before finally being delivered to the PO16 area. The staff are inept and incompetant and a bunch of crooks, witholding mail for days on end. Time Royal Mail took all complaints seriously and removed the current management and installed managers with some balls that will actually get deliveries out on time, rather than pandering to lazy, work-shy union members!

Absolutely diabolical..! Never in my life have I been so frustrated about receiving my mail..??! Where to start..? Trusted royal mail up until this point, hoped and prayed that my parcel would end up in the local carrier hub close to me, but my worst nightmares came true when the poor thing winded up in this shambolic excuse for a sorting office. As expected, parcel is severely delayed and has been stuck on arrived at local hub" for TWO+ WEEKS. YEP. Ummmm not sure exactly what they're doing with it

Over the past 3 weeks I have ordered 5 items online, all have been stuck here at Southampton MC and still have not shipped to our local PO. Absolutely shocking. If I could give zero stars I would.

As what seems like most Royal Mail services nowadays. 24 hour tracked means nothing to them, useless for online help and a full day with no update. Use any other delivery service, They all manage to actually deliver on time!

My parcel from shein arrived from china to United Kingdom in like 3 day and now it is stuck in southampton 3 day it was supposed to be delivered today but on my tracking show as it is still in southampton mc. Tried to call since 10am and its now 2pm and no answer it’s ridiculous. I think i will have to drive from portsmouth to southampton to collect it myself i think this will be faster than waiting for their deliveries

Absolutely shocking, said they had delivered an item to us but it never showed up, they clearly delivered it to the wrong address. They even removed the delivery proof photo so we couldn’t see their mistake. After complaining and wanting to know where our item was, they insisted they delivered it to the correct address but wouldn’t show the delivery photo to us. Useless service can just get away with stealing your stuff

Have been waiting for my parcel for ages. The parcel was sent to another delivery office instead of my local one. It took 2 days for it to be sent back to MC. And I will have to wait another 2 days for it to be sent to my local office and then be delivered to me. VERY FRUSTRATING I HAVE NO WORDS
