Tried both the Barni stores and both were just as disappointing, the wait wasn't as bad here but the desserts were poor again, they really need to improve

Excellent service and lovely food! Loved my desserts :) Definitely recommend the Nutella and marshmallow crepe.

The food is overly sugary and expensive. So we ordered a red velvet cake, crepe, cookie dough and ice cream - all of it wasn’t up to the standards that we have tried at other places. Also the the stall was staffed by one girl, who was overly stressed out and struggling to keep up.

Poor customer service. I went with my friend a few months ago and the girl serving was quite rude- not a smile on her face, had a bit of an attitude and no thank you's. Went again yesterday and was greeted with the same member of staff-miserable look on her face; sullen tone to her voice; was rude with the person she was serving before us, I pulled my family away and we went elsewhere. She either needs some customer service training or to find a job she enjoys.

Visited the white rose branch this afternoon and bought a brownie mix bag and Oreo cookie cup and Lotus Biscoff Cookie cup. The brownies were lovely however the cookie cups were disappointing. They were very hard, bitter and difficult to eat they did not taste fresh at all. I was really disappointed with the packaging they were put in paper bags yet cost over £17 to buy. I would have expected the packaging to be better.

New Dessert shop where Mr Pretzels was located. Very reasonably priced and good choice of products. Great taste.

Ice cream and tango iceblast were nice but I did not have a good experience with the poor customer service not saying thank you and how rude they were.
