Excellent experience with Ross at Thompson Pianos, I'd been looking for a Yamaha U1 based Disklavier for some time and found one within his stocklist. Quick, clear and detailed responses to my extensive list of questions, and a Bluetooth interface thrown into the bargain on conclusion of the deal. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

I bought a baby grand piano from Ross at Thompson Pianos as a Christmas gift for my partner and it was delivered today (27th December). The service was fantastic from the start. Ross is very attentive, quick to respond and polite. He took the time to discuss the piano with us before, during and after viewing it. He made sure that everything we discussed was taken care of in advance of delivery.  He and his team were careful and clean in our house when delivering the piano. And he's continued to provide after-sales communication about a few queries we have.I would thoroughly recommend buying a piano from Ross, and if we do replace our piano in future, we'll be calling in to his showroom.

Great customer service and timely delivery. I wanted an upright Piano and had no clue what I was looking for, Ross put it in simple terms and I walked away with an upright Yamaha perfect for myself and my son to learn on, the piano is pre-owned but you wouldn't know it, immaculate condition and Ross even had it repainted to match the decor of our house. Would highly recommend.
