Colin repaired a leather bag which had belonged to my mother about 70 years ago. It had signs of wear and neglect. When it came back I was really pleased to see he had done exactly what i asked - you can see it's been repaired if you look closely but best of all good and strong enough condition to use it again. Very good communication and customer care, a great job. Recommended.

Emailed Kareen at McRostie and she replied really quickly. I needed a new shoulder strap for my bag and I sent it and then got it back only a couple of days later. It looks great and was really quick. Kareen was really lovely to deal with and very communicative! Highly recommend :)

Outstanding service! It’s rare to receive this kind of service from brands but I’m so impressed I had to leave a review. I ordered a McRostie belt as a gift, it arrived beautifully packaged and the belt itself is expertly crafted. The gift was very well received but I did however order the wrong size. I contacted their customer service team and Kareen was extremely helpful, prompt responses and made the exchange process seamless. I will definitely be ordering more of your beautiful products.
