Have ever seen train spotting they had the dirtiest toilet in Scotland!Well Truro has now won that award. You customers ordering £10k plus kitchen and the customers toilet hasn’t been cleaned for a good month or so. We had a problem with a particular member of Staff when getting a new bathroom, which was very upsetting. However, when reporting this to Customer services, they dealt with this immediately and brought the case to a swift conclusion. In particular Jaquiline was brilliant - very supportive, kind and understanding. Apart from this unfortunate incident, we have always found the Staff ,services and products second to none and it is a shame that one member of Staff was not reflective of this Company who in our opinion strive to put their Customers first and give value and quality and professionalism.

Looks great from the outside with a large car park and good looking building. Entrance is uninviting with random products but gets better the further you explore into the store. Kitchen and bathroom area very good and attractive.

Had to leave 1 star as zero stars weren’t allowed .(Bathroom en-suite purchase )Shocking service ,they reel you in, take your money and then don’t reply/respond to questions /queries and fob you off.Managed to pull out of transaction.No management to take control ofmatters when they go pear shaped .

Utterly terrible from the moment they have your money.I've wasted hours of my life on the phone to customer service. Poor staff operate under a totally incompetent regime.Six months after they had my money I'm still frustrated and it's apparently my responsibility to keep calling them to find why my kitchen delivery didn't include the multiple appliances ordered znd paid for.Don't engage with this company unless you want to do the admin job for them.

Wanted to speak about kitchens but staff too interested in looking at lightning strikes on computer. When someone did speak to us, they only told us that the computers were down, not really relevant to our question. Staff elsewhere are normally pretty good.

Waited in all day for delivery and nothing. Tracking wasn't available and the Live Chat was pointless, I waited a long time and then the agent cancelled the chat... will be asking for a full refund and will not shop with Wickes again. Poor experience and a wasted day. Livid

Bought a stainless steel rake in April, other buyer reported theirs broke straight away. Mine lasted until September. Called the store to be sure they had some in stock for replacement, was told 5 in stock. Drove 50 mile round trip - actually they had none in stock! Draw your own conclusion. Sigh!

Excellent service and quality of workmanship from Andy in design straight through to Wayne and co with installation. Not a straight edge in a 140 year old Victorian home, not a prob for installers. End result transformational for our family. Great work and communications.
