A lovely Russian Orthodox church set in an anglican cathedral building (copy of the San Zeno basilica in Verona)

Was told it was “inconvenient” for me to want to convert around the Christmas period. The women at the front desk have a horrible attitude and made me never want to come back. While the church is beautiful and I’m sure the services are good, it’s a terrible thing to turn someone away.

I heard bells and followed, only to discover a Russian orthodox Church in Kensington. I had no clue it was there and its lovely. No photos of inside out of respect to those praying, but I managed to record some of the lovely Church bells.

Russian church, was a great experience. Very clean and quiet place, looks like newly renovated. The staff is friendly, shop have quite big variety of everything you need for religious purposes. Prices are good, not high. Looks like they have some educational classes for children and help group for those who really needs it. Worth to have a visit.

Russian orthodox church in the center of London. Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, flower compositions here and there make this place very special. 1.50 pounds for a medium candle.

A nice and quaint cathedral hidden away among the many buildings in central london.I had no idea such a place existed. This Russian cathedral has lots of beautiful works of art depicting Jesus, the saints. For all the devout Christians out there, this is an essential place to visit and pray. This is also the filming location for an episode of Poirot called How does your garden grow?" which compelled me to visit this place."

An example of London diversity and a congregation, Orthodox, whom faith and Orthodox Christmas (7th Jan) has to do with faith and family, not commercialism

Respect that they hold a true name no matter the circumstances are in the world, here is one place where you can come and dive in your mind and remember the loved ones who daft are not with us.Amazing environment where you can be in touch with, think, pay a tribute for their existence in your life.

The church has long been turned into a commercial store. The staff is focused on money and does not think about God. Disgusting
