So I'm going to give an honest and factual review. We took my car in for a service and straight after, my car wasn't running well. It then struggled to start up. We advised the garage and they took a look at it. They said it was fine and returned it to us. Within days, the car broke down fully. The valve had broken. The fault hadn't been found by the garage. They blamed it on the sensors. Had it been found, it would have been a smaller fix and I'd still have my car. Tom, the owner, advised me he'd never come across this in his 40 years where he was unable to diagnose the fault. I have been very reasonable and rang Tom in the hope that he would apologise for misdiagnosing the fault as something to do with the sensors. I received no apology. I then asked him to consider a refund on the service due to the misdiagnosis. I now can't get through to him over the phone. I'm really gutted as we were hoping to build a long lasting, trusting relationship with a local garage. I've given the 2* because Tom did seem pleasant.

This is my go to garage for all vehicle issues. I trust them completely and the service is always friendly. They will always try to accommodate you where possible.

Had my car serviced and MOT'd. Really good service and felt reassured by the honest and friendly advice on what work was needed on my car. Will use Bonds again!

Got my campervan serviced and MOT'd here recently. Very happy with the price and service by Tom and his mechanics (you can wash your vehicle too in the self service car wash at the rear). Highly recommended ;)

Disgusted I’ve used you for ten years and tonight was asked to remove my helmet and place it on the counter before I fill up with fuel. Whilst I fully understand there is a possibility of someone driving off without paying for fuel. A motorcyclist on a large machine dressed in thousands of pounds worth of gear is hardly likely to drive off. I work in city centre Manchester and have never been asked to remove my helmet there. Come on this is Longridge and the sole reason I live here is because of the lovely people.
