What a first class exeprience. Phoned Claire on Monday, visited yesterday, was given a full explanation of what suited my needs best from a great selection. I chose a new 12 x 6 Goods trailer with ramp, wanted the LED light upgrade, which was catered for whithin the hour and then shown through all connections, security, hitching on & off and other features before leaving with my new trailer. Thoroughly recommended, Claire and team go the extra mile.

Hired a car transporter from these guys. Really helpful and nice refreshing customer service. A joy to deal with. The trailer was spot on nothing wrong with it at all. Like brand new. It towed perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The reason we hired the trailer took longer so we missed the return but they were so understanding. I can't recommend them enough.Top job.

Finding good service is always a great experience. I have visited today and bought a new trailer, the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble even though it was close to closing time. Really Great service, will be using them again thanks!!

Marvellous. I've had three vehicles fitted with towbars here, two perfect, one they spotted an issue with the parts and upgraded me to a better one at no charge in order to complete in time for a holiday - 1st rate service and really nice people at the Denmead depot, wouldn't hesitate to go again!

Had my trailer repaired and serviced at denmead, they had a few issues with it, but delt with it like true professionals, nothing was too much trouble. The manager was very good. Definitely recommend.It now tows like a dream.

Best place to get your towbar fitted. 4 garages refused to do it because I drive an uncommon car. Professional specialists at Indespension had no trouble with it and did a very nice job. Thank You.

Indespension Portsmouth have exceeded all my expectations as a customer; they have been instantly responsive, knowledgeable and focused on finding a solution for me. I emailed Indespension in Bolton initially about an axle problem with my boat trailer and within hours their Portsmouth office had contacted me. They identified my trailer from photos, and told me I needed a new axle which had to be manufactured. In the end, this was done more quickly than quoted, and throughout Portsmouth has kept me informed. It has been so refreshing to get such friendly, expert advice and wonderful customer service, especially from Clair, my main point of contact.
