After a very negative experience elsewhere, the team at PA listened to my concerns, made a solution and surgical plan to address them and fixed my issues. The operating theatre and clinic are spotless, and the team in recovery will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Nothing is too much trouble for the team here, especially Fiona who will answer any questions truthfully, and attend to all of your needs and concerns. Dr Drake is an outstanding plastic surgeon who pays particular attention to detail and explains with great care, ensuring you know you are in safe hands. As a patient I have been made to feel valued. Very welcoming, friendly professional team. Fiona & Dr Drake who I have had appointments with so far have both put me at ease from first meeting & delivered outstanding service fully explaining all options available, including less invasive procedures. The clinic is spotless & feels very modern & safe. Car parking at the rear makes things much less stressful for a city location. Highly recommend.

I recently had a birthmark removed from the underside of my chin at Profile Asthetic. The service provided by Dr Rahman, Fiona and the rest of the team was second to none!Throughout the whole process from consultation, to surgery to post-op care they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable whilst showing great care and attention to detail which was important to me as the surgery was being conducted on such a noticeable area.Thanks again for all your help, I will certainly be back in the future!
