Was told by one Bouncer on the entry that I can't go in because I was alone. Although my friends were inside.

the bar staff are lovely, the music (especially on thursdays) is great (for southampton at least) the inside is pretty and clean. only problems are saturdays tend to be incoherent and random music wise and the queues are almost always a nightmare but if you plan properly you’ll have a great time, close to food places and other bars to go to before which is perfect

Some women working at the bar (chubby, short I think she had brown hair) pushed my friend for no reason. This happened at the bar.

Great club, not sure why there's negative reviews. The drinks are reasonable, the music is loud and always a good selection, haven't experienced any problems with the security at all.

Last night was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this club since going there on multiple occasions. One of my friends was taken to welfare due to not feeling very well. She had two drinks and was in a state in which she shouldn’t have been after two drinks. The welfare team are meant to be first aid trained and help people if they are clearly unwell. Well this is not the case in trilogy. The welfare person left the room and left me the girl and two other friends unattended so that he could go and chat to his friends outside the door. How she felt was clearly not right and she needed to be checked over. When the welfare person was in the room he couldn’t care less he was just stood there watching as we are caring for the girl a lot more than what he was when he’s meant to be trained in this field. We later went on to try get an ambulance called for this girl but was told we couldn’t and was sent to multiple different people and no one had an answer for us or they told us no. I think this is ridiculous and the staff clearly need re training. The security couldn’t care less and all they cared about was us leaving the club and not waiting for our friend. They then proceeded to let this girl leave in a taxi and not let her friends waiting know until we physically went up to the security guard and asked. I’m appalled at the way we were treated yesterday and I won’t be revisiting this club again.

Mirrors don't make up for not having actual space. Drinks were mostly ice and lemon slices. Downstairs wasn't bad, except whenever someone smashed their bottles of WKD. Perv almost forced himself on this girl. Lasers, especially with vapes.

We were taken to the welfare room by security where me and my girlfriend met Jack the welfare officer who was very helpful with us bearing in mind we were both very drunk. He was very patient when it came to us answering questions about what’s happened. Provided us with all the support and care we needed. He also ensured we got into a taxi safely too. Very professional welfare officer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My 18 year old brother attended this club looking for a good night out with his mates, instead he was spiked and ended up in ICU in a coma with a breathing tube due to being spiked to the point of overdose. The doctors advised my family to get there asap as they didn’t think he would pull through. This clubs staff were absolutely USELESS, no compassion or empathy and refused to help. Instead when he asked for help they told his friends he was “too drunk” and chucked him out, despite him collapsing and falling into multiple seizures. They told his friends not to call an ambulance and to “just leave him”. Luckily his friends didn’t listen and got him to hospital saving his life. There are multiple articles about spikings in this club so it is a common and well known occurrence. They encourage you to leave your drinks unattended when going to the smoking area due to no drinks being allowed outside, so they make you leave your drink on a shelf unattended and out of sight to collect upon re entry. HUGE red flagThis club needs to be investigated ASAP!!!

my boyfriend got kicked out because the bouncers thought he was drunk but he wasn't. I wasn't allowed back into get my coat from the cloakroom after I left to find him so I had to argue my way through the bouncers to get it so they escorted me back in to get my coat!very uncomfortable experience.
