I have completed a days training course for First Aid at Work. Rebecca was a brilliant tutor, highly engaging with great knowledge on first aid. A much more upbeat training course compared to others I've been on previously. Our football coaching team are booked in for a paediatric course later this month.Thanks JWP, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just completed the first aid training at work and it was absolutely brilliant. The instructors were very knowledgeable and friendly. The course was very informative and I thoroughly enjoyed it.I Would recommend JWP training to anyone looking to take part in any fist aid course as the Service is impeccable and great value for money.

I have just completed the Level 3- First aid at work course. The course was very informative and in depth. The instructor was very thorough and made the learning experience easy and interactive. I feel I have come out of the course feeling much more competent in my ability to deal with first aid situations in the future. I would highly recommend.

JWP Training delivered paediatric first aid training in the school I work at over a two day period and were an excellent training provider. They were friendly, helpful and very professional. This wasn’t the first time John and his team have delivered the first aid training at school and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again in the future.Booking was easy with prompt emailed replies and they were very accommodating to the needs of the school. Used JWP training to gain first aid at work qualification for volunteer events. Rebecca was very confident and focused on what we really needed to know. She made it a relaxed environment to learn in. I feel more confident and equipped than I did before and I learned alot of new and updated information. Everyone on the course was very nice and supportive of each other. I would recommend using this company for any first aid at work training in the future and I will definitely come here for my refresher course.

I attended the Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work training yesterday at Ridgeway. I felt very much at ease as soon as I arrived. The location was very easy to find, comfortable and John was very welcoming.As I felt so much at ease by John and could clearly recognise how knowledgeable and confident he was at teaching, I felt comfortable in asking him any questions, getting involved with the group and because of this I felt I got so much out of the training and left feeling like I had fully understood what I had learn’t.John made the course very easy to understand and at no point did I feel bombarded or overwhelmed with too much information, or like I was bored by the afternoon like you are on some training courses!!It was the perfect balance of John explaining each topic with a PowerPoint slide, group discussions, a very insightful video, practicals and breaks.I would highly recommend JWP training to anyone, I came away feeling like I’d learn’t a skill so beneficial to life, especially my children.Thank you JWP for a brilliant day, teaching me something invaluable and for making me feel so welcome.

I've done first aid training with Rebecca the past few days and it's been absolutely fantastic,she's very knowledgeable and good at what she does but also makes you feel at ease and it doesn't actually feel like a training course. I'd highly reccomend this company for training and it has a high pass rate too

This company is fantastic, the way there teach you first aid, leaves you feeling excited to attend the next day! Rebecca was lovely, ensured we were all comfortable, hydrated and supplied with biscuits! The information was so clear, i feel as though i could do my upmost best in any given situation after attending thus course. The environment is relaxed, interactive and friendly so you don’t feel the pressure of learning something new! This truly is an exceptional company.
