AVOID AT ALL COSTS, BATTERY WAS FAULTY AND CAUSED £200 OF DAMAGE TO MY MOTORBIKE DESTROYING THE STARTER MOTOR ETC. THEY THEN ORGANISED TO COLLECT THE BATTERY BUT NOW THEY HAVE THE BATTERY AND REFUSE TO REFUND ME. ABSOLUTE THIEVES

Sent a broken battery and a box full of acid. Put a premium rate number on their eBay listing so charged over £4 to call them to set this out. And I still had to wait in for another delivery and collection of the dangerous junk they sent. No apology or anything. They are unscrupulous don't use them.

the battery I ordered from them on ebay was lost in transit now they are refusing to help even after the delivery company has said its been lost, they have stolen my money at this point.

Excellent service from this company, especially during these difficult times. I needed essential replacement batteries for a mobility scooter, but when I ordered the wrong ones by mistake I found the company very helpful, particularly sales assistant Hammad, who was very understanding & efficient in arranging their return & replacement with the correct type. The new YUASA batteries supplied are fine so far & I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Ultramax NP18-12 battery supplied by this company failed totally after only 6 months use. Made contact with the company and then forwarded further details that they requested. Subsequently heard nothing more from them despite further phone calls.I would not use this company again and would not recommend the purchase of Ultramax batteries.

0 stars if I could, parcel arrived wet with acid, battery was overfilled and sprayed out, 10 months later the battery is failing and they choose to ignore any messages sent
