Efficient and attentive service provided by Rhys at every step of the way.We used Needle Ninja to embroider our Martial Arts belts, and we were struggling to find a company that would do this for us for a reasonable price. Due to the thickness of the belts, a lot of other companies said that it wasn't possible, but Needle Ninja didn't even bat an eyelid! Excellent, we will certainly be using these guys again!

We were contacted by Emma to try them out for our new business, Electraheat North East. After discussions, we were sent a proof through of our new logo design on a scrap piece of fabric. We opted for the logo embroidered on the front chest and rear. Cost was way better than we anticipated and when we collected the items today, the quality of the embroidery is absolutely amazing. One huge advantage to this company over their competitors is that there is no minimum order and no setup costs. Needless to say, we will be using Needle Ninja again for all of our workwear. Even when clothing starts to get a bit 'tatty' looking, for the prices they charge, it's pennies to replace. Service is amazing too. Good communication for the guys at Needle Ninja, you email and get a swift response, even outside of normal hours. Can't fault them one bit. Keep up the great work guys and we look forward to working with you in the future.
