Had a suspected blockage between my tank and my boiler. Martin Barnes showed real professionalism and a genuine engineering problem solving approach to what was not a straightforward issue. Martin was even prepared to revisit my property at the same time as a boiler engineer from another service to avoid the unsolved issue just being 'kicked down the road'.
