Broken screen on apple watch. Told repair would take 3-5 days. Asked several times what was happening and told the watch was repaired but final adjustments were needed. He had the watch for 5 weeks and eventually gave me it back with no repair having been done. Never given any updates other than that it was repaired. Seems now this was not true. Terrible service, actually no service provided at all.

The Doctor is knowledgeable, skilled and happy to talk tech. Fast and affordable. Be aware, website still says He does pickups in the East Kilbride area, this is no longer the case. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Good, honest service. Wifes mobile screen burnt out but was desperate to save all her pics and videos. Got them all on a flash drive for a good price. Will be back to get PlayStations properly cleaned

To say this guy was slow and unresponsive would be me being kind. If he spent less time chattering nonsense and got on with things then maybe a 2 week repair wouldn’t take 2 months. Won’t be back.

I highly recommend The Gadget Doctor, he took on fixing an iPad 8th Generation. The screen was smashed and iPad bent. Other stores either stated it was not fixable or wanted to over charge to have it fixed. The gadget Dr took on the challenge and done an excellent job for a great price and in great/quick time frame. He will definitely be my go to guy for all gadget fixes. Highly highly recommend!!! Mark

Fixed my broken Macbook Pro screen. The repair would typically take a couple of days but took a week due to a delivery issue with the screen supplier, however, the repair was over £120 cheaper than I was quoted from other companies, my laptop works like new, and the guy who fixed it was lovely. 100% recommend Gadget Doctor East Kilbride.

Took in an Apple watch for repair. Was advised it would be done within the week.4 weeks later (after several visits to find out what was happening), finally got a text advising repair was complete. Need to work on customer communication/updates!

Handed my daughters iPad in to be fixed, I was told it would be looked at the following day. Several attempts made to contact for an update via phone call, both mobile and landline number, message sent on fb and messages on WhatsApp with not a single reply!!! Had to visit multiple times to get an update, customer service and communication is absolutely shocking!! 4 weeks later I again visit to be told they couldn’t fix it. Waste of time I’d advise against using these guys!
