Left a message on C&D's answerphone requesting an estimate for a new alarm system, waited over a week and a half...no response?)Tried again, left another message and Richard replied two days later, he called round the following day, he was polite and professional , he took notes, offered some advise and promised to email me with his quote.It's now another week and a half later.... no e mail estimate as promised and no response to my last few phone calls asking him to reply with the estimate or at least telling me he doesn't want the job?I like to give work to local trades people, but a polite 'thanks but no thanks' would have been all that was needed in the circumstances.It's a shame because I would have almost certainly offered him the job.

Top notch Richard & Kevin came round to service our alarm and CCTV system following a recent house move. Resolved all our issues efficiently and with clear explanation on how everything works. Would recommend.

I Called C&D security in the morning for a bit of a repair to my alarm system, Kevin came over the same day in the afternoon fixed the problem with the door sensor and got it to bleep when you open it, de-activated a window trembler box that had been throwing red lights at us since we moved in serviced and replaced batteries in both the house and garage alarm very professional and pleasant man and very reasonable price for the work .Highly recommended
