Green Co is helpful with good commitment. They help to complete the refurb within ten days. Although this is not back to brick, the tasks are involved many refurb itmes. The efficiency and quality of works are brilliant. They really help me to save a lot of time. Thanks for their work.

I got a BTL property in Clifton, Manchester and engaged Greenco to do the refurb and lettings. Greenco Maintenance took 3 weeks to convert an old house to a decent, warm and lovely home. The work includes replacing the carpets, doors, painting and various repair works. The beauty of Greenco work is to do minimal work to save spending. Only replace whenever it cannot be repaired. The nice work is able to attract a middle class tenant in a couple days after posting on Rightmove. Incredible!! Thanks Greenco Maintenance!!
