OMEGA Boutique - Manchester

Visited the store today to get the strap changed on my Ploprof. Met Savas who was very knowledgable about the Omega range and genuinely excited to see my Ploprof. He changed the strap quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend taking a trip to the store if only to meet Savas!

Called in (after much deliberation) to look at purchasing my retirement present.Greeted by Kyle and Savos who couldn’t have been more welcoming. They both made the whole experience very special and their attention and knowledge was first class. No pressure at all, even the Champagne flowed freely.Walked away with my dream watch, a very happy shopper.Well done guys, will definitely call in next time we’re over.

I went in hoping to resolve an issue with a Seamaster bracelet caused by another retailer. Savas was able to rectify the problem completely free of charge even though I didn't purchase the watch from them. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Would definitely recommend the shop and the team and would be happy to make my next purchase from this retailer.

Excellent service from Paul. Went in to get my omega repaired which has a lot of sentimental value to me. Professional and friendly at all times. Easily recommend to anyone who wants excellent customer service to visit this store. Watch returned earlier than expected, and like new.

I recently brought a watch to mark a landmark birthday occasion,I was helped by Paul, who was amazing and answered every question I had without fail. Update, The Omega boutique has just gone through a full refurbishment and increased in size, more modern now with larger range and relaxing area.What can I say, it was a true pleasure to shop in this boutique.We only called in on a whim to see what the price of a numbered edition of a Seamaster Chrono was, but from stepping through the door and being greeted so warmly and professionally, we were hooked. It helped that this is the only Omega boutique that had the watch in stock for me to look at.The service we got from Becky, Paul, Sav and Bella is what really mattered though and I can't recommend them highly enough. It was almost like a day out when we went back to collect the watch.Definitely a recommendation from me and my wife and we look forward to returning for another purchase in the future

Been in today to have a look at some watches. Rachel and savas were both so friendly and welcoming. I have been looking at an omega for a while. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I decided to go have a think and we all had a good laugh that they would see me later and they were correct, I went back and made my purchase.
