I Got Andrew from WERE as I had been let down by 2 other firms !!! I had just about lost faith in tradesman but I was pleasantly surprised when dealing with Andrew , from the get go he was very friendly and professional and kept me upto to date with ordering our mosaic tiles , the best of all was undoubtedly the finish - the guy is a master at his craft . I would highly recommend Andrew at WERE and have done so to my Aunt and she is just as pleased as I am .

Very professional, knowledgeable and highly competent service. Sections of tiles in my tenement close have been replaced but it's impossible to tell as it's been done seamlessly. Most definitely recommended for a through and expert service.

Andrew was not phased by a few curve balls to do with the tile supply. Nothing was a bother - he worked very hard, to a high level of craftsmanship. Very happy with the result.

Andrew replaced several water-damaged joists and all of the Victorian tiles in our hallway. He did a fantastic job on both aspects of the work, keeping us informed throughout. Andrew gave us excellent advice about replacement tile options and was meticulous in fitting the tiles to the pattern we selected. He's a genuine craftsman, producing work of an extremely high standard with an evident dedication to what he does. We are delighted with the quality of Andrew's work and would highly recommend him to anyone requiring high quality specialist tiling services.

Not just a tiler. The expert in North East to restore, conserve or replace encaustic tiles. Any problems encountered during the fitting were explained, Andrew has a ready supply of complimentary trades people who are equally well mannered.
