We had a visit today from Lee to repair our very ancient Dyson upright vacuum. Excellent service, contacted Carla in the office on Saturday and Lee was here on time on Monday. We now have an as new vacuum, much cheaper to have it serviced than to buy a new one.Many thanks to all concerned from two very satisfied customers

Couldn’t be happier with the service. My 18 years old Dyson DC08 died (I thought it was the motor). I phoned and arranged to have it serviced and fixed that day - got it back by 13:00. Amazing service, so took my Dyson V6 handheld in the following week for service and new filters - again faultless customer service. Thank you.

The engineer came to the house, totally stripped down our very dead animal Dyson. Pressure cleaned it thoroughly and replaced a few parts which was due to lack of care on our part. Delighted to say we have fully working Dyson again better than new. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Really great service! I booked a hoover service but thought I would need to buy a new hoover but my Dyson is like brand new again. Lee came to the house, thoroughly cleaned every part of the Dyson outside,and had the spare part ready that we needed - highly recommend and could save a lot of money buying a new machine

Fantastic service, showed me everything that was wrong with my Dyson ( and it was quite a lot after 8 years with 2 dogs and 2 girls ! ) replaced filters, burnt out wiring, and one of the roller brushes, left the machine spotless and like new. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use them again
