Ray was great when our Washer/Dryer developed a fault. He came out swiftly to assess it and diagnosed what was wrong within minutes. He explained what the issue was (circuit board) and that with the age of the appliance and costs associated with a replacement part, it may be wiser to put the money towards a new appliance. We went for a replacement, but appreciate Ray’s expertise in helping us come to that decision.Thanks for attending so swiftly Ray and for giving us honest advice.

drove to property to meet for an appointment. The van appeared at the top of the road, waited a few seconds then drove off. What a joke and waste of my time. So much for the good reviews

Phoned in the morning, came out the same day at lunchtime, diagnosed the problem with the oven, told me hewould immediately order the part and that he would call at the same time the following day to fix it, arrived exactly on time he told me, fitted the part and I was extremely happy with the professional service he delivered and price. Would recommend to anybody.

A1 Service. Explained the issue over the phone and didn't even have to come out as it was a 1 minute fix. Very professional and genuine. If anything more serious goes wrong with my machine, I'll be contacting A1.

A very decent and honest man. Came to look at our broken washing machine the day I called him. Advised us that a repair wouldn’t be cost effective due to the age of the machine and wouldn’t accept any money off us even though he’d gone out of his way to visit us and diagnose the problem.

Ray came out promptly on the day we rang at a time we arranged. He was honest and professional and advised us on getting a new cooker as the part for the old one was quite expensive. He ordered three cookers and came on the day and time he had said. The first two cookers he tried didn’t fit but finally the third one did! Thanks so much Ray for your hard work and professionalism it was very much appreciated

Came out at short notice to dishwasher on its last legs. Tried replacing a couple of bits but to no avail. Gave straightforward advice as to the nature of the problem, which wasn't a cost-effective repair due to age. He didn't charge/refused payment, presumably because he didn't fix it there and then. Great service, great integrity. Recommended.
