Kitchen Creators have been absolutely superb from start to finish, providing excellent customer service, communication and above all a personable service. From initial contact with Jason and Claire through to the actual project with Kym & Tim the builders and all the other contractors the process has been expertly managed. The quality of the cabinetry, flooring and appliances is excellent and all very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Kitchen Creators if you want friendly, professional and expert advice to create your dream kitchen.

I had been putting off getting a new kitchen for years as nervous of the disruption. We choose Kitchen Creators from a recommendation and so pleased we did. They have been excellent from start to finish with a good team focused on delivering a customer focused service.Overview of all the positives:* Their designer Gary was very positive and creative. High energy and clearly loves what he does.* Louise in the office always responded to questions and queries really quickly. Any small bumps in the road were resolved ASAP. A huge difference from dealing with a large PLC where you spend hours on hold.* Conan their fitter was exceptional with a real eye for detail. From speaking to friends, the choice of fitter seems to make all the difference and he was so good.* Dave who co-ordinated the rip out and did the electrics was very friendly, really knew his stuff and his link in with Conan was spot on. A really switched on guy.Our kitchen was left spotless at all times and the entire process felt smooth and in control.If you want a local firm ran by professionals (Claire and Jason) who take project management seriously then I could not recommend them highly enough.

Kitchen Creators were recommended to us by neighbours and we were able to see their workmanship first hand both in a working kitchen and at their shop.We had no fixed ideas other than to use our available space more efficiently and Gary’s design achieved our objectives. He was also able advise us on various matters including the choice of appliances, lighting, worktops and flooring available.The whole team were excellent throughout from design through to final fitting and the manufacturing quality of the units and cupboards is superb.Overall, we are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Kitchen Creators. A lot of thought went into our kitchen refurbishment before and over the COVID period so there was only ever one Kitchen company I was going to use and that was Kitchen Creators.Owned by Jason and Claire, I have never worked with a company that is so professional and accommodating.Right from the start, Jason came to our home and designed our kitchen. This involved some building works, movement of doors and windows and internal restructure to get the look we wanted. The design drawings were life like and he spent time adjusting until it was nothing less than perfect.Once the building works started Kym and Tim (the builders) were precise and extremely tidy. They were at our house early and worked so hard into the evening some days. Then Conan (the kitchen fitter) worked his magic fitting the bespoke kitchen of our dreams. Not forgetting the plasterers, electricians, plumbers and floor experts all incorporated very carefully and time managed by Claire.Claire kept us up to date regularly what was going on when and Jason was on site regularly to check progress.To that end, I cannot express enough how I will be recommending Jason and Claire and how they have created what cannot be explained in any other word than PERFECTION.

Super helpful from start to finish! We were initially going to go for a cheaper alternative, but you were left with very little help & felt that there were so many unanswered questions that I knew it would end badly. Instead we opted for Kitchen Creators as we were so impressed with the amount of care & attention to detail that went into planning the kitchen (even down to where pipes were, finishes etc) & the quality of the products, that it was an easy decision to invest a little more to have a kitchen that would last for so much longer. The kitchen fit went smoothly & kitchen creators were available to answer any questions along the way. Overall we’re extremely happy with our new kitchen, ready in time for Christmas! And would like to thank the team for all their help. Would highly recommend.

We are so delighted with the service we received from Claire and Jason at Kitchen Creators. They were helpful and full of great advice and information when we needed it, yet let us create our own ideas and design too. Jason was brilliant at suggesting the repositioning of our larder cupboard to let more light flood into the kitchen and the dining room beyond, and suggesting a rolldown cupboard to hide/accommodate our consumer unit.The bottom line is – their designs are great, the customer service and advice is brilliant, and everything that was meant to arrive did so on time. We have recommended Kitchen Creators to a friend and a relative, both of whom have chosen Claire and Jason to supply their kitchens.and they are equally delighted.

Kitchen Creators have been brilliant! Having shopped around all the big kitchen suppliers Jason and Claire were a breath of fresh air! They understood my vision, were not pushy and worked with me to bring my dream kitchen to fruition within the budget I specified at the outset. They were prompt, reliable, true experts in their field and overall better value than any of the other suppliers I had approached. The quality of the units is first class and I could not recommend these guys highly enough!

The journey from our vision to completion was such a great experience working with Jason and Clare together with Kim and Tim who carried out all the building works and installation of the kitchen.
