The young lady we asked to help us was very apologetic because they only had massive books of samples for the wallpapers that we needed to look through which unfortunately was not of any use to myself or my husband. This place is more suited to trade people

My first visit to Dulux Decorator centre to see if I could get a no longer made Dulux colour. I did have the paint colour and details on a card, the paint was mixed on site and ready in 5min's. The gentleman who served me was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this store.

Walked in on Christmas eve as hard to find paint options we required. Staff were excellent and very knowledgeable, couldn't do enough for us. Walked out with everything we required. First class.

Really helpful staff... visited here about 4 times in 2 weeks trying to get things sorted and they were great every time. Will definitely recommend.... since I’m owed biscuits with my next cuppa next time....

The customer service was poor and in my opinion they have other thing's on their mind's.Quick to serve you but the anti-climax come's when they don't have any- knowledge are idea of paint's so nothing constructive in the way of advice. poor customer service.But they did offer me a cupper while i waited.

Always very fast service and great advice. Top tip, armstead is cheaper but just as good at Dulux & you can choose a Dulux colour but use an armstead trade base! Will save you loads if like me, you're painting an entire house
