Just installed a washing machine for my mum - delivery men were excellent and most helpful. Used them time again for large and small items. Service is excellent. Highly recommended.

I recommend Dacombes in Wimborne ! It is a place where they sale many big or small appliances, Televisions and a kitchen showroom even a Home cinema! Most importantly I found friendly but professional people working and helping with a warm smile to every single customers!

Thank you For your wonderful service, my fridge freezer failed and late Friday morning you were contacted by the fridge engineer you promised delivery Saturday afternoon and by 14-00 hours it had arrived and was installed . Superb service by a reliable family company could not be better anywhere.

Have to share. Have just spoken with a gentleman regarding purchasing a spin dryer, a very rare commodity these days. His knowledge and help was above and beyond & even though Dacombes did not stock my particular product requirement, the info I received pointed me in the right direction. Extremely grateful. State that they price match, but they don't! It states on their website they price match John Lewis, I even called stated the model to double check, they confirmed they would. I turned up a couple of hours later to be told they would not honour the price, but could reduce the price by a couple of pounds. Really annoying as thought the business were better than that.Stating they price match when they don't is completely false representation. If they said on the call that its not valid due to small print I be annoyed but to say yes, then reneg on the offer when I've turned up is beyond belief. Shall not be buying from them again having spend thousands with them previously.I urge them to take down the banner on their website stating price match because they don't.Very disappointing experience. Back to shopping at Richer Sounds who do price match and offer a top quality service.

Refurbishing our kitchen we needed to replace our cooker, so my Wife & I went to several electrical appliance retailers to do our research. Like all modern appliances it’s never easy finding exactly what you want, in what is a minefield of technology and differences in features one appliance has over another.But our visit to Dacombes made the choice so much easier. Both Julie and Paul offered their knowledge and expertise giving genuine impartial advice on the various Brands they sell, and it wasn't a 'Hard' sell either. Unfortunately when the cooker arrived there was a problem with the cabinet/fascia. A call to Dacombes explaining the issue was acted upon quickly, efficiently and with no discourse. An engineer came out tried to remedy the fault but it was decided to have the cooker replaced. Again Dacombes took charge of the situation by dealing directly on our behalf with the Manufacturer 'Stoves'. All was sorted within a matter of a couple of weeks. Due to Covid & manufacturing issues. But we were still able to use the damaged cooker in the interim.The service level demonstrated to us by Dacombes was exceptional in this day of nonchalant attitudes and hollow promises.I dread to think what kind of service we would have received from one of the major national retailers had we bought the cooker from them and had the same problem?Thank You 'Dacombes' well done to ALL your Team there we had the pleasure of dealing with. (Paul, Julie, Mark and not forgetting the delivery chaps who too, were friendly and obliging!) The next time we want anything electrical.....We know where to come 1st!

The attention in detail about my requirements were answered very thoroughly and professionally by both Chris and Mark. The delivery and installation, which was by no means easy, was executed by Alesh who spent a long time answering many questions and describing the new set-up.I did a lot of research before going to Dacombes and they were head and shoulders above anyone else in price, delivery and installation. Well done!
