AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!This company has been nothing but trouble for us. Asked for almost all money upfront and unwilling to listen to concerns raised by us. In fact, Kieron walked out in the middle of the project, leaving a mess everywhere, including our neighbour's drive and property (they kindly allowed us access through their garden).After pleading with Kieron and another upfront payment, they returned but the work completed is not satisfactory. The painted fence is patchy and Kieron stated that irrespective of this, it is finished in his view. The pergola is also patchy, the setts are comming off and haven't been laid straight in places. The customer care from this company is non existent yet he has been very keen to take our money upfront.Now we are left with having to pay extra money to employ another landscaper to finish and rectify Kieron's work:ungrouted patio which retains rain water which has to be swept away, setts to be fixed and grouted, patchy fence and pergola repainted.He was also supposed to pay for the skip but he never payed for it so as you can imagine we been left with a project that is unfinished and the work completed so far is unsatistactory. This was supposed to be our dream but it turned into a nightmare! In addition the pictures that he posted without our permission on his facebook page are misleading and we have asked him to take down but this has been ignored to date.We hired him based on the good reviews but we now wish that we had hired a company with a customer care line which puts its customers first!For anyone interested we are more than happy to show you the pictures.

This is our second time using Lewislandscapes after Kieron and his team completely renovated our back garden a few years back. This visit was to have a composite decking/bbq area installed at the rear of the garden. Once again the work carried out was very much to our satisfaction and we were especially impressed with how clean and tidy he works. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lewislandscapes for all your garden projects.

We used Lewis Landscapes to replace the rear and side fence in our garden. Kieron did a fantastic job, even when his assistant left him mid week he carried on, on his own, as he knew we needed the garden secured again quickly as we had several dogs. The fence looks great and we were really pleased with the company's reliability and would definitely use them again.

Following my previous review I have tried to post these pictures on Lewis landscapes facebook page showing the reality of his work not the misleading picture that he has posted without our permission and I have been blocked and can't leave a review there.As you can see these pictures show why we would NOT recommend this company to anyone.The fact that we have been blocked shows the real attitude of Lewis Landscapes towards its customers! Please don't fall into the same trap as we did of following the good reviews!

I had some new posts and fencing done last year but I forgot to leave a review and after seeing the negative comment below, I had to write this! Lewis Landscapes were 5 Star all the way, Keiron's work was fantastic, it was poring with rain all day and he and his team worked through all day in the rain, they were like drowned rats by the end of the day. They came the next day and cleaned everything up and left my garden in tip top shape. I would recommend Lewis Landscapes to anyone, I know a lot of people who have used them and they have nothing but positive things to say, just like me !!!! Don't let one bad review put you off just read all the good ones!

Kieran added value to our ideas and this resulted in a great outcome for our relatively small, sloping garden. Professional and hard working, a year on we appreciate how much their hardscaping has set the atmosphere to create a beautiful enjoyable environment. Totally recommend. Would add the transformational photos but can’t see an option for this.

Lewis Landscapes did such a fantastic job transforming our garden. The whole process was really smooth, from initial site visit and discussion of ideas, to getting a quote and getting the job finished. Really impressed with their professionalism and speed. We are thrilled with the result and couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent workmanship from a very professional company. Keiron visited to assess the job when he said he would, price sent through quickly and was very competitive. Arrived on time and worked solidly through the day. Cleared up fully and took great care when going through the house to the garden. Would thoroughly recommend this company.
