Rachel, the owner of Poochiful Grooming Spa was recommended to me by another very satisfied customer.From my initial call, it was evident Rachel was very patient, detail oriented and fully enthusiastic for her craft.When I dropped off my dog for the first time I was made to feel welcome, and more importantly my occasionally-anxious dog was made to feel at ease. The initial consult was super friendly, efficient and very informing.I was given a call when my dog was ready and I arrived to find Rachel’s very impressive work. He looked spectacular and smelled wonderful. All for a very affordable price. Thank you Rachel, I will be rebooking for sure!
