They informed me that they don’t take any ups return on weekends but it is not written anywhere that they do so. After requesting, the person on the till said he will speak to his boss but didn’t call him at all. What kind of people/shop a reputed company like UPS has chosen for their service ?

Drop Amazon FBA parcel in here , when Amazon received the parcel said that was nothing in the box . Also ups collect the parcel 1 week delay after dropped it . normally ups collect it same day .

What’s the point of a drop off point that’s only usable 10-4 during weekdays. Who can possibly ise it outside of OAPs? The times weren’t advertised anywhere and the guy at the till couldn’t have cared less if he tried.

Went there once but they did't take parcel after 5 pm. A bit annoying but I suppose reasonable due to the safety issue.

Waste of my time and petrol. Didn't take my box as they couldn't leave it in the shop overnight not insured due to ups man already collecting, I work Mon to Fri till 5pm and got there by 5.05pm. I said my parcel is covered by UPS insurance I paid for! Shouldn't be allowed to use this service at this shop if they don't take parcels! I believe it was just too big for them to take as their eyes widened and they frowned when I walked into the shop, poor manners and poor service. Won't be using this store again so the one star review is justified!
