The dealer when above and beyond and was very patient when there were issues at my end of the part exchange I am really happy with my new car from here and after sales was very helpful and polite too.

We recently purchased a used Ford Tourneo Connect from Chorltons of Boroughbridge.We can honestly say that this has been our most pleasant car buying experience ever due to the excellent service we received.We mainly dealt with Matthew, but all the team have been extremely friendly, helpful, honest and patient throughout.We don't live local so initial communications via phone, videos and emails gave us the confidence that the 100 mile round trip would be worth making...and it definitely was.Nothing has been too much trouble for these guys. Seemed a nice place at first, reviews from other people were good but the service I received wasn't very good. I did a general check of a vehicle I was going to purchase and found various things that the (assuming manager) didn't know of and had no idea how they had happened. When pointing out the issues in the photos, with the wheel issue, I got no response but with the wing mirror issue, the manager said you're being thorough" which I was quite surprised at considering it was quite an obvious issue which took me all of about 5 minutes to see

I recently purchased an 18 plate Skoda Octavia Estate through Charltons; I dealt with Matthew who was a pleasure to do business with and very helpful. The vehicle was immaculately presented and had new tyres and brake pads which was a nice touch. I travelled from Northumberland and would certainly do so again for my next vehicle.
