Tina Waas has diligently and professionally supported my Stroke Victim Wife, through a recent (now mostly resolved) interpretation issue, within the complex 2014 Care Act. This was over a 16 month period of her Commissioned Consulting Time, and mostly in a dispute with Officials, who were systemically encouraged by Council Policy, to present their counter-intuitive decision, which has now been confirmed as being reversed. Tina has a thorough understanding of the implications for Users of Council Services, and of the implications for this 2014 Care Act.
