I purchased a car for £6490 from John Clark Select Perth which I paid in full online on the 08/11/2023. I then cancelled this purchase on 09/11/2023. I have contacted the dealership many times about my refund and they have not been in the least bit helpful. I am now at my wits end. I have bills to pay in a few days time and I still do not have this refund. I am absolutely furious with how I have been treated and how this has been handled. I have been consistently lied to by the dealership about the refund being processed. I want my money back now!

Amazing service. All of the staff were excellent. Malcolm in particular was brilliant and did whatever he could to get me the car I wanted. When needed or Malcolm was unavailable, the service between other staff was seamless and the quality never dipped. Brilliant.

Waste of time!Wasted 6 hours of my life, drove 3 hours from Newcastle to view and test drive a car. Spoke to Darren twice on the day I travelled up, he knew the distance I was travelling and let me get there to tell me I cant test drive the car as it has no MOT!!! Very disappointed!
